Primary Responsibilities: Lead the OnBase team (analysts, developers, administrators) in day-to-day operations Lead end‑to‑end architecture for OnBase‑based ECM and workflow automation solutions Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, including data models, workflows, document management structures, security, and integration patterns Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance for the OnBase platform Design high‑availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies for OnBase deployments Oversee or perform configuration of OnBase modules such as Workflow. Workview / Case Manager, Unity Forms / EForms, Document Composition, DIP / COLD / Scan, Application Enabler Develop and review custom components using: OnBase APIs (REST, Unity API), .NET / C# customizations, Scripting and automation tools Ensure adherence to coding, version control, and deployment best practices Design, Review and approve solution designs, data models, API usage, and integration patterns Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and workflow validation Develop the long-term OnBase platform roadmap-upgrades, modernization, expansion Identify optimization opportunities, new module adoption, and technical debt reduction Create architecture review boards, coding standards, development best practices, and workflow governance frameworks Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and retention policies Must be able to manage multiple. Concurrent project and operational support assignments Possess comprehensive problem-solving skills and know how to use a systematic approach to identify, correct, and document problems and their solution Evaluate new OnBase capabilities, Hyland Cloud options, AI/ML opportunities, and automation avenues Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new integrations, patterns, and tooling Lead architects, developers, workflow specialists, and admins Must be passionate about mentoring teammates Work with delivery teams to ensure designs are executed accurately Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, and DB teams for platform alignment Support complex escalations requiring deep technical judgment Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: 12+ years in ECM/OnBase architecture, solution design, system architecture, and technical documentation Experience leading teams and managing complex ECM environments Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, SSO/SAML/Azure AD Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and security frameworks Proven deep hands-on expertise in OnBase modules, workflow, WV design, scripting, and UI configuration Proven expertise in OnBase API, Unity API, REST APIs, and custom solution development using C#/.NET, PowerShell & Java scripting.
