The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals. Responsibilities Build a strong understanding of client business goals, strategic priorities, and competitive dynamics. Support the development of data driven approaches to address those needs. Contribute to analytics work that delivers clear and actionable insights. Help shape findings into narratives that inform client decisions and campaign optimization. Support the development and execution of the Measurement Plan and Learning Agenda, including the design and analysis of tests with defined KPIs tied to client objectives. Manage media performance reporting across multiple campaigns in partnership with Planning and Investment teams. Deliver clear analysis that explains results and recommends next steps. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analysis. Support research initiatives that strengthen consumer understanding and inform strategy development. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team workflows. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high performing team culture. Required Skills Solid industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data, including first and third party data, data lakes, data clean rooms, and aggregated and user level data. Experience supporting integrated marketing efforts across media and customer journeys, including exposure to budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI measurement. Working knowledge of audience-based marketing and data driven advertising approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify business questions, work through data-driven solutions, and support issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to build productive client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross functional partners. Clear and confident communication and presentation skills. Able to explain analytical findings and business implications in a straightforward way. Ability to support the development of colleagues. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with experience in business writing, analysis, and basic project management, including scope, timing, and deliverables. Education and Experience A university degree and 5+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required #LI-CC2 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $70,000—$125,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
