The role of an Associate Director of Payer Business Excellence is to drive the organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful service delivery for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Business Excellence. An experienced, well-rounded ‘hands-on’ leader, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization both internally within the organization and with our clients, responsible for supporting business excellence for businesses spanning multiple clients, sites, or delivery teams. Job title: Associate Director Business Excellence Job Description: Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate Experience: Overall 12+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement & Operations Management Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end complex Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross-geo projects Work with stakeholders (mid- to senior-level) to identify improvement opportunities and formulate problem statements Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of Sagility Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects Create proposals for business problems and challenges Facilitate creation and deployment of target operating model Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research Support BE Portfolio Lead in developing and deploying BE strategy for the portfolio. Education: Graduate, MBA preferable Desirable Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified/Equivalent; COPC, Design Thinking Skills: Excellent Analytics and problem-solving, Excellent capability to leverage technology in designing solutions, Facilitation skill, Excellent presentation & communication (both written & verbal), Multi-geo stakeholders Management, benchmarking activity, exposure to project management framework and philosophy Years of experience and qualification: Overall 12 years, with a minimum of 5 years in Operations CI Improvement in BPM and exposure to the US healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
