REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience working with the ideation, development, and deployment of initiatives
  • Operations and process management experience in a large-scale organization
  • Previous experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to review data and translate metrics for initiative prioritization.
  • Experience working with senior executives/leadership and presenting new processes and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience taking the lead and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and digest complex business scenarios and articulate them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-starter: strong track record of proactively moving organizations forward.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management certification – PMP, CSM or ACP.

The Data Mining Recovery Operations (DMRO) Systems and Innovation Associate Director is responsible for proactive identification, analysis and implementation of project deliverables across DMRO and it’s supporting technology. They systematically review operations to identify areas for future growth and improvement. Working cross functionally to deliver enhanced provider experience, removing friction from workflows both internally and externally and delivering products that supports cost and productivity, growth and digital transformation objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be part of the team that shapes and delivers strategies that delivers savings for the company more than $3.0bn
  • Lead the identification, development, evaluation, and implementation of initiatives to achieve savings targets.
  • Lead multiple cross functional end-to-end projects to deliver strategic initiatives, displaying strong project leadership skills.
  • Manage detailed project plans that capture dependencies, cross program impacts and defined milestones.
  • Review the Recovery Technology processes to facilitate the identification of areas for improvement and removal of waste.
  • Work in close collaborative partnership with business leaders in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives and, ensuring projects delivered meet the approved business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to develop an excellent working relationship, maximizing available resources (PIA, PIDI Analytics, Reporting, PE) and ensure planned results are delivered.
  • Provide support to other leaders across the wider function in the US, Ireland, and the Philippines.
  • Demonstrate a Quality mindset.
  • Create, monitor, and manage system KPIs for the function.
  • Analyze and translate data to determine financial impact and develop recommendations for action plans.
