The Role As an Associate Director in Business Unit Finance, you will lead financial operations for a major client unit. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, managing risk, and ensuring optimal capital structure to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and contractor controllers. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management. Oversee cost control, revenue assurance, and investment strategies. Analyze liabilities and investments to mitigate financial risks. Collaborate with senior leadership and peer leaders to align financial goals with business objectives.
