Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Job Summary: Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management for the C4I Program. In this role, you will manage and execute end-to-end project management activities to ensure contract and subcontract requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You will drive effective risk management, production coordination, quality assurance, and schedule control across program execution. The role also supports P&L management and program capture activities within SSPS SSBU, while partnering with RSA leadership to ensure successful execution of localization obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). What You Will Do: Serve as the primary interface with key KSA stakeholders including MoD, Joint Staff, MNG, MoI, and Saudi industry partners. Lead multi-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure full program scope delivery, technical compliance, and milestone achievement. Develop, maintain, and execute integrated program plans, schedules, and milestones in alignment with RLPM governance. Oversee end-to-end program execution including risk management, production performance, quality assurance, and schedule control. Manage financial performance, including sales, bookings, cash flow, and margin objectives. Build strong cross-functional collaboration across contracts, finance, procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations, and administration. Conduct and support internal governance reviews including gate reviews, operations reviews, and program management reviews with KSA stakeholders. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across U.S., KSA, and international partners and suppliers. Strengthen Raytheon’s C4I brand reputation and customer loyalty within MoD and end users in Saudi Arabia through high-quality delivery and support. Apply program management tools and frameworks including RLPM, Risk & Opportunity Management, EVMS, and IMP/IMS. Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to direct and indirect team members. Travel as required across KSA, the U.S., and other international locations to ensure effective program oversight and execution. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience Experience in program planning, budgeting, and management of costs and schedule Strong experience and knowledge of Risk & Opportunity management Proven track record managing large, complex defense programs and capture efforts Demonstrated success in end-to-end program delivery, including cost, schedule, technical, and contractual performance Experience leading industrialization or localization programs with significant in-country value requirements Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders (MoD, defense forces, or equivalent authorities) Willingness to travel extensively within KSA and internationally (including U.S.) as required Qualifications We Value: Experience executing international programs in KSA with government stakeholders Experience with PMX Tools, EDIT+, IMS/MPS, EVMS, financial forecasting Progressive experience in program/project management within defense, aerospace, or large-scale government programs Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results Prior responsibility for P&L ownership or major program financial accountability RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
