Key Responsibilities * Ensure product roadmap, features and functionalities that align with business objectives and customer needs are delivered * Manage card product launch process, including product planning, development and marketing. * Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings and emerging trends * Prepare report portfolio performance to management and key stakeholders (e.g. new cards, total cards in force, activation and activity rates, sales through-put) and identify actionable initiatives to address impact. * Engage with card product commercialization team to plan and strategise for new initiatives and go-to-market planning * Assess and analyse the effectiveness of product portfolio and solutions in delivering against customer needs, relative to the competitive landscape. Keep strong pulse on evolving industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for quick adoption of new technologies to drive new product development, proposition or product enhancements, as well as partnerships for commercial opportunities.  * Manage and build on relationships with external stakeholders / industry players for example Mastercard, Concur, VAT IT, and bring partnerships to the next level in terms of support, collaboration and respective product/program growth (e.g. X-sell into their customer bases). * Deliver respective product solutions / initiatives to align with cards & department’s financial KPIs and bank’s objectives.  * Work with technology teams to implement systems enhancements and perform testing
