Job Summary Experienced Category Go-To-Market (GTM) Managers to lead the strategy and execution of the ecommerce, fashion & lifestyle, and gaming across TV and Digital platforms. The role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies, optimizing growth, and driving impactful partnerships in the above-mentioned sectors within the entertainment industry \n Key Responsibilities GTM Strategy Development- Lead the creation and execution of GTM strategies for both TV and Digital, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Industry view and Analysis - Continuously monitor industry trends, new launches and campaigns, target consumers, key KPIs being driven by clients, business outcomes etc. to refine our solution offerings. Analyze data to identify opportunities, optimize media plans, and improve performance. Act as a media consultant for clients: Build brand or product specific media narratives for CMOs and brand/product/category managers at clients end. Understand the requirements for brands and campaigns; and recommend relevant solutions in line with business objectives. Data-Driven Decision Making- Leverage market insights and sales data to inform strategic direction, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Proactively work & collaborate & enable the Ad Sales teams, Product and Revenue Strategy teams and Content teams to ensure the successful execution of GTM strategies and initiatives Skills & Attributes for success Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed, strategic decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering on strategic goals. Excellent communication skills, including experience in creating and presenting strategic decks to senior leadership.
