We have an immediate, full-time opening for an Associate Director, Client Service and Strategy who is interested in joining our outstanding, multi-disciplinary team.

DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

We seek highly motivated individuals with a track record of success who bring curiosity, determination, and creativity to our work. You should have:

  • Agency Experience: 6–8+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising or marketing, preferably in an AOR setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of U.S. healthcare communications, promotional regulations, and brand dynamics.
  • Launch & Integrated Marketing Exposure: Experience with launch initiatives and/or patient and HCP marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Competency: Familiarity with digital-first tactics, UX/UI principles, and performance measurement.
  • Self-Starter and Collaborator: Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Education: A university degree is required; an MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Location & Travel: Must be NYC-based or nearby, available on-site Tuesday to Thursday, and open to travel as needed.
