Additional responsibilities within the due diligence process: Physical & Maintenance Due Diligence Oversight Market & Competitive Analysis Risk Identification & Mitigation Legal & Compliance Review Plays an active role in client presentations, pitches, and portfolio reviews, contributing operational insight and supporting business development initiatives. Transition Planning Reporting & Executive Communication to client Process Development Leads financial and operational due diligence efforts while partnering with internal teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen client relationships and support long-term portfolio strategy. Invoicing and Revenue Tracking for Due Diligence process to ensure ROI and an impact to our business line revenue. Essential Qualities and Attributes Executive Communication & Client Presence Speaks with clarity, confidence, and authority in meetings with owners, investors, lenders, and brokers. Able to translate complex due-diligence findings into concise, actionable insights for clients. Demonstrates poise and professionalism when navigating high-stakes or sensitive conversations. Client Relationship Stewardship: Builds trust quickly with new and existing clients through transparency, reliability, and expertise. Anticipates client needs, questions, and constraints before they are expressed. Travel to due diligence site when applicable based on revenue and potential Strategic Judgment & Risk Awareness Identifies what truly matters to the client—value drivers, deal breakers, and risk thresholds. Prioritizes findings by business impact rather than overwhelming clients with data. Exercises sound judgment when advising clients on risks, capex, staffing, and financial assumptions. High Accountability & Ownership: Takes full responsibility for delivering accurate, timely, and complete due-diligence outputs. Ensures client commitments are met consistently, even under compressed timelines. Demonstrates follow-through and reliability, building credibility with senior stakeholders. Precision & Professional Rigor: Applies meticulous attention to detail across financial validation, legal file review, and physical findings. Ensures all client deliverables are polished, accurate, and audit-ready. Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct Collaborative Leadership Across Teams: Engages cross-functional teams with respect and clarity to produce unified, client-ready outcomes. Creates alignment between underwriting, operations, marketing, legal, and maintenance teams. Keeps internal partners informed and prepared for client discussions. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
