WE ARE SEARCHING FOR THE BEST TALENT FOR AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CLINICAL SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS TO BE IN HORSHAM, PA; TITUSVILLE, NJ; OR BEERSE BELGIUM.

Purpose: In the Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) – Digital Solutions department we drive digital transformation and lead the digital landscape to provide Hope in a Box to patients. To advance the digital capabilities for our packaging operations, end-to-end planning and logistics, we are looking for a motivated individual, who shares our ambition to become a digital and data-led organization. The individual will work closely with peers across CSC, commercial supply chain, Quality and IT to develop fit-for-purpose processes and technology solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Drive the strategy and implementation of digital technology in demand & supply planning, packaging & labeling and logistics, across all modalities.
  • Define multi-year capability, technology and investment roadmaps.
  • Lead multi-functional teams for implementation of new digital capabilities.
  • Develop outstanding relationships with our partners in Supply Chain, IT and relevant technology providers to design an innovative digital landscape.
  • Drive process (re)design, adoption and business value realization of systems and data.
  • Actively network within the industry to proactively benchmark, exchange knowledge, design and build industry solutions.
  • Establish comprehensive planning, tracking and reporting; ensure all program deliverables are delivered, in time, in budget, on quality and aligned with the overall timelines including dependent projects.
  • Handle cross-program deployment interdependencies by working with respective partners to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
  • Act as business owner of systems in scope, work with IT partners to ensure robust support/ incident management processes for relevant systems are in place and ensure validated state of the systems.Ensure business plans are aligned within R&D capital budgets; lead all aspects of portfolio budget. Implement strong financial controls.

EDUCATION:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, PMI certifications are an advantage, as is an MBA.
