HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Join our Commercial Analytics and Data Science (CADS) team as an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics and Data Science, focused on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). In this full-time role, you will lead the development of advanced CLTV models to drive subscriber and revenue growth. We’re looking for someone with analytics, data science, and machine learning skills—paired with strategic thinking and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and interactive visualizations. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, marketing, and finance to deliver impactful CLTV-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance and refine our Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) model to better support business objectives.
  • Analyze model performance across various customer and trialer cohorts, identifying gaps and build solutions to improve models.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of the CLTV model across departments such as Marketing and Finance.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge methodologies for CLTV modeling, adapting innovations to fit our unique customer context.
  • Develop dashboards and applications that present the Lifetime values for cohorts of interest in an intuitive and actionable way for marketers.
  • Collaborate with teams within Commercial Analytics & Data Science to support experimentation, testing, and machine learning initiatives that incorporate CLTV throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Curate new data sources into Machine Learning-usable formats to improve model accuracy and business results.
