To perform the role of Associate Director - cost, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large and complex commissions within the public and private sector. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering feasibility studies, business cases and procurement reports. Managing value management and early cost planning. Managing estimating, procurement and contract preparation. Controlling change, valuations and cost reporting. Presenting monthly post‑contract reports. Driving value engineering and lifecycle costing. Agreeing final accounts and maintain strong client interfaces. Supporting business development and line management. You’ll need to have: Degree‑qualified and member of a relevant professional institute. Proven success delivering private‑sector retail projects. Strong expertise in contracts, cost management and financial modelling. Digitally skilled, client‑focused leader with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
