With a globally recognised track record across high‑speed rail, conventional rail, metro, and complex station environments, we are now growing our presence in the region — and building a high‑calibre talent pool to support this next phase. We are looking for experienced professionals across: Project and Programme Management Cost and Commercial Management Project Controls and Planning You’ll be responsible for: Direct the preparation and execution of contract documents, including warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal approvals. Lead and manage large teams, driving performance, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators. Oversee valuation processes to ensure effective cost control, accuracy, and robust financial reporting. Manage the production and presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports to provide clear insights to stakeholders. Proactively identify and assess cost implications arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client variations. Evaluate and manage contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and accurate resolution. Direct the certification process for practical completion, defect rectification, and final completion to achieve formal project close-out. Lead cost management improvements by enhancing procedures, tools, and best practices while supporting sustainability objectives, including net zero carbon initiatives. About you You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments. Equally important is a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence — qualities that define how we partner with our clients and deliver lasting impact. This is an opportunity to be part of something evolving — to help establish, shape, and grow a rail capability in a region where investment in integrated transport is accelerating at pace. If you are motivated by delivering complex programmes, working with high‑performing teams, and contributing to the development of world‑class infrastructure, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
