Responsibility for Group Accounting & Reporting

Management of the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
Ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting
Responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Coordination and support of external audits

ESG & Sustainability Reporting

Responsibility for the implementation and further development of ESG reporting
Ensuring compliance with CSRD and ESRS requirements
Development and optimization of sustainability-related reporting processes

Inventory Accounting

Control and further development of inventory valuation and inventory processes
Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance
Ensuring the correct accounting representation of complex goods flows

Leadership & stakeholder management

Leading and developing a team of approximately five employees
Sparring partner for management, auditors and international subsidiaries
Strategic development of accounting and reporting processes

Requirements profile

Must-have

Several years of experience in group accounting and financial reporting
Solid IFRS knowledge
Management experience in accounting, reporting, or auditing
Experience in an international corporate environment
Excellent English skills
