This individual will be a strategic thinker, prolific writer, and operationally excellent executor responsible for developing and implementing Crummer’s full suite of enrollment communications and digital content.
This position will play a mission-critical role in converting MBA and executive education prospects through the creation, execution, and optimization of data-driven email marketing campaigns via the cloud-based CRM systems like Slate, Monday.com or HubSpot. Additionally, the role oversees the day-to-day management, writing, editing, and optimization of the Crummer website (crummer.rollins.edu), including campaign landing pages, general updates and SEO GAI improvements. This is a high-output role for a senior-level content creator with both operations and strategic marketing expertise.
This individual should be knowledgeable and comfortable using AI-enabled marketing tools, specifically for writing social media, advertising and promotional copy, have strong cross-departmental communication skills, and demonstrate an aptitude to digitally engage audiences via creative storytelling both visually and verbally.
Key Responsibilities:

Slate/Email Marketing Campaigns & Full Funnel Communications (Approx. 70%)

  • Strategize, write, and deploy drip email campaigns through Slate & Monday.com CRM to support all stages of the admissions funnel for MBA and executive education prospects.
  • Develop segmented email journeys mapping to distinct MBA product lines, plus non-degree offerings, aligned with recruitment cycles for spring and fall cohorts.
  • Maintain and update all automated and ad hoc communications with speed and accuracy using generative AI and personalization tools.
  • Write and publish Crummer’s monthly e-newsletter in coordination with admissions and executive education teams.

WEB CONTENT EDITING & DIGITAL EXPERIENCE OVERSIGHT (5%)

  • Serve as the primary content administrator and editor for crummer.rollins.edu.
  • Write, edit, and optimize all program and landing page content on an ongoing basis for SEO, clarity, and conversion.
  • Manage all photography, video, and interactive content updates in collaboration with creative partners and Director of Marketing.
  • Monitor and improve site UX and performance analytics of the crummer.rollins.edu website using Google Analytics, WordPress, and Slate conversion data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field required. Masters degree in communications, or journalism a strong plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing and strategic content development, preferably in higher education or a high-touch B2C environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in communications, journalism or digital marketing (or MBA) with a concentration in communications and/or marketing.
  • Strategic content development experience in higher education or consumer luxury industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional promotional copywriting and editorial skills; portfolio of enrollment or campaign emails strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with CRM-based marketing automation tools (Slate, Monday.com or other cloud CRM a plus).
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms for hands-on website editing and content management on a daily basis.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO) to accelerate content production.
  • Baseline understanding of SEO / GEN AI SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial energy with a passion for education and audience engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
