Support the implementation, evaluation and continual processes improvements initiatives for R&D Key Responsibilities Support implementation of value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment: where appropriate, provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed) Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team, Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT (matrix organization and FSP) Secondary support for cross R&D business related issues Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow-up Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews) R&D new training liaison Skills and Experience Required 10+ years in R&D operations, business support Strong coordination skills Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams Experience in data driven process improvement Established and credible experience in project management Working knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals Qualifications and Education Required Bachelors in science, operations, or business-related field Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
