* Taking responsibly for account management of key Financial Institution accounts; including broking/placement strategy, product development, portfolio management and expanding client relationships * Working with existing clients to review their existing programs, presenting the best possible solutions and client outcomes * Negotiation of policy wordings / contract reviews * Contribute to delivery of our new business strategy and targets within the Global Line of Business * Proactively lead initiatives for new and existing clients * Attend industry events and conferences in Singapore and throughout Asia * Develop and maintain close relationships with the Insurers across the region * Develop good working relationships and work closely with the main carriers in the region * Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing placements, including billing, operational requirements and co-ordination with internal claims team
