You’ll join us in a permanent role within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) business while receiving wrap-around support, including: A structured induction and re-onboarding experience Personalised career coaching and mentoring Professional development workshops to rebuild confidence and help you thrive from day one A dedicated program manager to guide you through every stage About the team CBA’s Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors. It provides a full range of capital raising, transactional, and risk management products and services. IB&M also plays a critical internal role by delivering equities, markets, lending, and transaction banking execution capabilities to other CBA business units, enabling them to capture opportunities with business customers. Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) is responsible for the optimisation and active management of IB&M’s balance sheet and capital to improve customer, risk, and commercial outcomes. CPM supports the structuring and pricing of solutions to better address customer needs while enhancing financial performance.
