We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead project delivery excellence across the state - ensuring governance, driving client satisfaction, and supporting strategic growth. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the WA PDS business. You will guide and support Project Managers, ensure robust project governance, and drive delivery outcomes across time, budget, and quality standards. You will also contribute to business development, client retention, and the implementation of state sales strategies - helping identify key clients, convert new opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. Job Description Key Responsibilities Project & Team Leadership Lead, support and guide a team of Project Managers across the state Oversee day-to-day project performance, governance checks and risk management Ensure consistent delivery of projects within scope, budget and timelines Drive quality standards, operational excellence and C&W project methodologies Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key point of contact for major clients across WA Build trusted client relationships and ensure service excellence Contribute to year-on-year client satisfaction and retention Business Development & Strategy Support state sales strategies and revenue conversion Review proposals, submissions and commercial terms Promote cross-selling across C&W service lines Drive market growth and expand WA’s project pipeline About You You are a senior project delivery professional with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style. You thrive in complex project environments and enjoy building successful teams and long-term client partnerships. You’ll bring: Australian Citizenship (mandatory) - required due to the nature of projects involving federal clients Experience in project management within construction, engineering, or commercial real estate Experience managing and developing teams Strong understanding of HR, risk, legal and client management principles Professional recognition or progress toward AIPM, PMI, CIOB or similar Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering or related fields Strong financial, procurement and contracting capability Ability to build trust and credibility with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
