Job Title Associate Director Job Description Summary A BD resource in commercial real estate responsible for identifying new business opportunities specifically for South India based clients with a cross border RE Portfolio. Should have the ability to foster relationships with both Clients and internal stakeholder to be able to mine requirements. Job Description About the Role: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market through research, networking, and outreach. • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders- corporate clients and internal stakeholders such as brokers and city leads. • Drive sales initiatives, and oversee transactions to ensure client satisfaction and increase repeat business • Be responsible for ideating for compelling presentations for sales pitches. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enable business strategy and decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for receiving and passing on leads for firm’s larger objective. About You: • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial real estate sector. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Understanding of commercial real estate market trends, laws, and practices. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market conditions. • Develop business-related materials, proposals, and case studies to support client. • Stay current with relevant commercial real estate transaction, market intel for relevant insights to occupiers • Be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate across borders Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
