Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Excellence to spearhead our commitment to maintaining the highest cybersecurity standards across our innovative projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our vision of creating an exceptional entertainment and cultural hub. Your expertise will not only ensure the protection of our digital assets but will also promote a culture of cybersecurity excellence within the organization. Working closely with various teams, you will develop policies, frameworks, and training programs aimed at mitigating risks and responding effectively to cybersecurity threats. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and continuously enhance a cybersecurity excellence framework that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of proactive cybersecurity engagement. Conduct regular assessments and audits of cybersecurity policies, technologies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Create and deliver comprehensive training and awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into all aspects of operations, ensuring that security is a priority in project planning and execution. Monitor and analyze emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, developing strategies to mitigate potential risks. Engage with external partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards. Prepare and present regular reports on cybersecurity performance and incidents to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven experience in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while fostering collaboration and communication. Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
