Job Description Summary The Associate Director, Data Integrations will be responsible for implementing the integration of data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Provide strategic guidance across data integration initiatives, helping shape decisions on integration design, feasibility, and prioritization across the enterprise Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 12–15 years of experience leading enterprise-scale data integration or data engineering programs, with strong expertise in complex data ecosystems and cross‑platform integrations. Experience in re‑platforming, migrations, or complex integrations Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware). Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Desired Skills 12-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting. 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.
