This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 25-40 LPA) Min Experience: 15 years Location: Hyderabad, Chennai JobType: full-time The Associate Director – Delivery will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery operations across Coding and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) engagements. This role focuses on driving delivery excellence, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, while building strong client partnerships and high-performing teams. You will play a strategic role in scaling operations, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring consistent value creation across large and complex healthcare programs. Key Responsibilities Own and drive delivery strategy aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations. Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation across engagements. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to delivery managers and team leads. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency. Monitor delivery metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to ensure consistent outcomes. Must-Have Expertise Strong hands-on experience in IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare delivery programs. Deep understanding of US healthcare processes, medical coding, and revenue cycle management. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Eligibility Open to professionals at Manager, Senior Manager, AGM, DGM, GM, or Associate Director levels. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
