About the opportunity

In this key leadership role, you’ll:

• Establish and embed delivery frameworks, agile practices, and governance models
• Oversee a dynamic portfolio of digital initiatives aligned with the university’s strategic goals
• Build organizational capability across project management, business analysis, change management, and quality assurance.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in leading project and program delivery functions within complex organizations, including resource management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, SAFe).
• Experience in design and implementing delivery frameworks, methodologies, reporting and governance models that enable consistent, value-driven execution of technology initiatives.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
