Earthjustice is the premier nonprofit environmental law organization. We take on the biggest, most precedent-setting cases across the country. We wield the power of law and the strength of partnership to protect people’s health; to preserve magnificent places and wildlife; to advance clean energy; and to combat climate change. We partner with thousands of groups, supporters, individuals and communities to engage the critical environmental issues of our time, and bring about positive change. We are here because the earth needs a good lawyer.
Founded in 1971, Earthjustice has a distinguished track record of achieving significant, lasting environmental protections. We achieve this by hiring people who share a passion for justice and a healthy environment. Our headquarters are in San Francisco with offices in Anchorage, Bozeman, Chicago, Denver, Honolulu, Houston, Juneau, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, Seattle, Tallahassee and Washington, D.C.
The Associate Director of Development Technology Solutions is responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of our Salesforce CRM and its associated technologies (such as integrations and third-party add-ons). This position will oversee implementation, ongoing feature development, integration with other Earthjustice systems and supports user onboarding, training and adoption. This includes Salesforce Administrator responsibilities, product management, stakeholder management, and collaboration with our developers (employees and contractors) for the CRM migration. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring the new CRM will add value to our organization, build stronger connections with our donors and supporters and improve our ability to track and report on fundraising and constituent engagement. This position will manage at least one staff member and will help develop the team by hiring and training employees to support our evolving tool suite for the Development department.
This position reports to the Director of Development Operations. Our preference is for this position to be based from one of our offices in San Francisco, Washington, DC, or New York City. However, we are open to remote candidates based anywhere in the U.S.
