Job title - Associate Director Dietary Supplements, APAC Location - Singapore Dietary Supplements (DS) is a priority segment for the Health Nutrition & Care business with ambitious growth targets. This highly competitive, complex and dynamic segment, with huge opportunities for growth in the Asia-Pacific region requires a strong candidate to build and deliver our growth strategy. Your key responsibilities Contribute to the development of the global and APAC DS segment strategies; Lead and drive implementation of these strategies, ensuring strong cross-functional team performance to realize strategy growth objectives. Go above and beyond to ensure strategy is implemented, achieved and updated periodically Accountable for DS Asia-Pacific Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Commercial targets. Lead segment sales teams and support functions across APAC through strategic influencing, working through a matrix organization Identify innovation opportunities, lead concept and prototype development for the segment. Minimum of 10 years experience in B2C or B2B in the human nutrition, dietary, or pharmaceutical industry Knowledge and experience of the flavours industry is advantageous Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out for technical or highly specification driven products Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation Experience in planning, implementing and managing market development activities About dsm-firmenich At dsm-firmenich, we don't just meet expectations - we go beyond them.
