Job title – Associate Director Dietary Supplements, APAC Location – Singapore Dietary Supplements (DS) is a priority segment for the Health Nutrition & Care business with ambitious growth targets. This highly competitive, complex and dynamic segment, with huge opportunities for growth in the Asia-Pacific region requires a strong candidate to build and deliver our growth strategy. Your key responsibilities Contribute to the development of the global and APAC DS segment strategies; Lead and drive implementation of these strategies, ensuring strong cross-functional team performance to realize strategy growth objectives. Go above and beyond to ensure strategy is implemented, achieved and updated periodically Accountable for DS Asia-Pacific Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Commercial targets. Lead segment sales teams and support functions across APAC through strategic influencing, working through a matrix organization Identify innovation opportunities, lead concept and prototype development for the segment.
