We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to join our Business Valuation team as an Associate Director / Director. This senior role is responsible for driving strategic growth, cultivating high-value client relationships, and leading business development initiatives across Hong Kong and the Asia region. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and execute business development strategies to expand valuation services across IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and capital markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, listed companies, financial institutions, and law firms to position our valuation expertise as a trusted solution. Market Expansion: Identify emerging opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and sectors in Hong Kong and Asia. Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Oversee preparation of high-impact proposals, pitch materials, and client engagement documentation to showcase our capabilities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of regulatory developments, IPO processes, and market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership. Qualifications University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. 10+ years of relevant experience in professional services, financial advisory, or investment banking, with exposure to PRC enterprises preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Director Proven track record of generating leads, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of IPO processes, valuation methodologies, and financial instruments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills with a strong business acumen.
