Description:

Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the role of Associate Director/Director - Commercial and Reporting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will guide our commercial operations and reporting functions to ensure the effective management of our diverse projects and investments.
Your expertise will be vital in developing analytical frameworks, implementing robust commercial strategies, and enhancing our reporting capabilities to meet both internal and external stakeholder expectations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting roles, preferably within large-scale projects or real estate.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that drive profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commercial and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across projects.
  • Manage the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and monitor project financial performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the board and senior management, presenting key findings and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial and reporting team, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.
  • Ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the overall strategic goals of the company and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to enhance the company’s market position.
