Description Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations for sterile injectable products, ensuring reliable supply, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Oversee demand/supply planning, inventory management for injectables. Manage CMOs and internal sterile manufacturing sites, ensuring quality and service performance. Work with internal & external cross functional teams across geographies for supply to North American market. Lead S&OP processes, production scheduling, and material readiness. Support new injectable product launches, tech transfers, and lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and support audits. Drive risk mitigation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 8+ years pharmaceutical supply chain experience, including 3-5 years in sterile injectables. Strong understanding of cGMP, aseptic operations, and vendor/CMO management. Experience with cold chain logistics. Experience with ERP/APS systems (e.g., SAP) and S&OP processes.
