Introduction: As an Associate Director, Enablement & Data Insights within the Global Project & Portfolio Management (GPPM) Platforms team, you will focus on designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions that empower collaborators to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will work multi-functionally to ensure our PPM data is accessible, reliable, and actionable—supporting continuous improvement and standard methodology in enterprise reporting. Responsibilities: Data-driven decision making Develop, maintain, and enhance business-focused business intelligence reports that deliver actionable insights for stakeholders Create and improve visualisations for transparency, usability, and relevance Support accessibility and reuse of reporting assets Continuous improvement & business change Identify cross-functional improvement initiatives that drive data visibility and reuse Develop analytical tools and data products that support business objectives Support communications to educate users about reports, updates, and new tools - ultimately maximising the value gained from PPM data Data Quality & Management & Dataflow Promote data quality, trust and reusability across domains Support analysis & development of reusable, standardised, and scalable data assets Help ensure data can be easily found, understood, and used across the enterprise Partner with the data engineering team to uphold robust data structure and integration Support & Best Practices Provide technical support on Power BI reports and self-service analytics Assist with training materials and documentation for report users Continuously improve reports and promote best practices in data visualisation, security, and integrity Essential Experience: University degree or equivalent experience in business and or/sciences Experience of handling, designing and delivering business reporting solutions using different analytical tools (preferably Power BI, Report Builder, Spotfire, Business Objects) to provide actionable insight for the business Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), SQL, and Python or similar languages is beneficial Solid understanding of data modelling, databases and data warehouse concepts Knowledge of Planisware or equivalent PPM tools Exceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience: Experience of effective working in a team with varied strengths Experience working in the pharma industry and thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process Demonstrable skills and flexibility to react to different customer needs for data/information Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate at senior level (verbally and written) Great People want to Work with us!
