Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to helping patients recover faster.

Summary

The Associate Director, Enterprise Commercial Data Management focuses on the continued development, governance, and enhancement of Pacira's enterprise commercial data ecosystem.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Data & Advanced Analytics and involves developing a comprehensive commercial data roadmap, strengthening master data management, enabling enterprise reporting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, accessible, well‐documented data.

Responsibilities

Lead the continued development and enhancement of Pacira's enterprise commercial data warehouse to support reporting, analytics, forecasting, financial processes, and commercial decision‐making.

Design and support enterprise commercial data platforms, including data lakes and data warehouses aligned to Pacira's in‐line products, pipeline opportunities, and broader commercial needs.

Own and improve commercial master data management processes, including customer, account, affiliation, hierarchy, GPO roster, contract roster, and related reference data management.

Partner closely with IT to support data integration, data quality, ETL review, testing, release management, warehouse enhancements, and downstream reporting and analytics needs.

Partner closely with Trade Operations and Finance to support GPO and contract roster management, chargeback reconciliation, monthly GPO administrative fee calculations, quarterly customer tiering, rebate calculations, and related close processes.

Manage day‐to‐day relationships with commercial data providers and offshore support partners, including data delivery, issue resolution, quality monitoring, documentation, prioritization, and ongoing enhancement of data processes.

Establish data standards, business rules, governance processes, documentation, and quality controls across key commercial data assets.
