Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
SCAH partners with independently minded specialty practices to provide practice management and clinical performance support, referral and payer alignment, data analytics, and strategic capital. While the physicians themselves provide clinical leadership, market knowledge and clinical excellence to create market-leading specialty care delivery systems.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Associate Director of Finance will directly support the success of practice operations for one of our large practice-MSO partnerships located in the Washington DC metro and coastal Virginia. This position will have financial responsibility for managing all aspects of the multiple divisions within CDC as well as the activities that pertain to SCA Health’s need for reporting, analyzing, and planning via the MSO.
RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate is responsible for all financial aspects of our MSO partnership and eventually a portfolio of MSO/practice partnerships, including, but not limited to:
