The ideal candidate would be able to come into the New Providence, NJ office 1 day a week. We are flexible for a fully remote candidate, but would prefer local. What You’ll Do: Financial Analysis & Business Partnership Provide financial analysis and decision support to Technical Operations (TechOps) Leadership. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key financial metrics, including risks and opportunities, to monitor performance and enhance forecasting accuracy. Partner on special projects and strategic initiatives, as needed. Financial Planning & Process Leadership Establish and lead process around financial deliverables, reviews, and updates. Establish a monthly review process for project and PO status to ensure seamless integration into forecasting cycles. Collaborate with TechOps team to provide licensing partners quarterly cross-charges and semiannual cross charge forecasts Partner with Controller team to develop annual and long-range standard cost estimates. Controls & Compliance Recommend, develop, and implement financial practices and policies to ensure compliance. Review TechOps accrual estimates, including calculations and documentation, to ensure accuracy. Partner with the Controller and external auditors to support financial reviews and audits. Requirements Who You Are: BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of FP&A business partnering experience with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical industry Strong experience with accrual accounting Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience developing standard cost (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Join Our Inclusive Team ADC Therapeutics is proud to be an Affirmative Action/EEO Employer.
