The Financial Recovery Programme works across the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System to identify opportunities for savings or efficiencies, to develop these initiatives into robust, evidence-based delivery plans and to oversee the realisation of identified benefits.
The Financial Recovery Programme Management Office (PMO) provides support to the Senior Responsible Officers and workstream leads for these initiatives by providing expertise to develop, monitor and track projects to ensure effective and timely delivery of the financial benefits. The team is critical to enabling the ICB and System partners to achieve Financial Recovery during 2024/25 and into 2025/26, and to ensure value for money, working at pace in a complex environment.
The role is required to work flexibly, at pace in a complex environment, as well as the need for team members to be able to naturally support, challenge and drive other senior colleagues from the ICB and across the system on a regular basis
The role of the Associate Director, Financial Recovery PMO is to lead and ensure the effective delivery of the Financial Recovery Programme Team and programme.
