Work Setup & Shift Schedule: Midshift / Nightshift (Flexible); Hybrid (3 days onsite) Work Location: Taguig Qualifications: Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s or Advanced studies in HR. Good understanding of HR technology and systems, Metrics. Must have strong background with Employee Relations, HRBP, Total Rewards Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience of which at least 15 years in strategic HR or HRBP roles. Preferred candidate will be from GCC organization. International experience with US companies/clients is a plus. Should have experience in working across Global Matrix. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce planning and organizational design with business goals. Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts and guide management on disciplinary and labor relations matters. Talent Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay and benefits packages. Data & Analytics: Oversee HRIS, create HR dashboards, and leverage data for decision-making.
