ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial insights.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the accountancy or professional services industry.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with CCH and other practice management systems.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and financial data modelling.
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed, buy-and-build environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
