Job Description This role: A senior leadership position responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across multiple fund accounting and client services teams. This role leads service delivery enhancements, manages resource allocation, and develops talent while overseeing complex, highvolume operations. The position focuses on tactical execution, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve departmental objectives. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial services, or client operations, with at least 5 years in leadership and management roles Extensive experience managing multiple teams and driving cross-functional collaboration in a complex, high-volume environment Proficient in managing complex client portfolios and high-level escalations Skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance monitoring frameworks Adept at developing and implementing departmental strategies and operational improvements Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry best practices Experienced in overseeing large-scale client onboarding and driving innovation in methodologies Strategic leader with a focus on driving operational excellence and business growth Skilled in managing high-level client relationships and leading strategic planning initiatives Strong focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Effective in building and managing cross-functional relationships and coordinating departmental operations Exceptional ability to inspire and develop talent across multiple teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage strategic client relationships Results-driven and proactive, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic and high-pressure environments Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
