Job Description
As part of our Global internal communications team, you will work closely with the Global Internal Communications Lead and Global Director of Corporate Communications to deliver the IC strategy and plan, working with colleagues based in our global regions to ensure consistent messaging and creating engaging content that inspires and informs colleagues around key initiatives as part of our new Vision 2030 strategy.
You will oversee BAU and ad-hoc communications as required and collaborate on change management comms as required. You will work with our Global Internal Communications Manager to leverage our communications channels (Poppulo, SharePoint and Viva Engage) and be supported by our Global Senior Internal Communications Executive on campaign delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in developing creative campaigns, that speak to the brand identity and positioning, designed for internal communications.
  • Experience in change and transformation communications.
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills with solid commercial awareness.
  • Excellent planning skills to oversee global internal comms campaigns - from concept and key message creation to tactical execution.
  • Experience in effectively working with creative agencies to deliver fresh, new ideas while working to tight budgets.
  • Ability to produce impactful, compelling communications that drive advocacy across a diverse, global internal audience, including non-office-based colleagues.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with demonstrable experience in simplifying complex topics to create clear and persuasive copy.
  • Confidence with the MS Office 365 suite, previous experience of using Poppulo and Viva Engage would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the strategic IC plan aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop an understanding and deliver an IC plan for our new Vision 2030 – to be launched later this year. This is our new 5-year business strategy, including how our Business Services functions contribute to the growth plan, and which key strategic initiatives need to be delivered by Business Services.
  • Partner with business services teams e.g. People, Digital and Corporate Responsibility to lead on internal communications for upcoming projects that require IC support.
  • Work with our creative team to develop new initiatives to build advocacy amongst colleagues.
