We are looking for a visionary leader with a solid background in sustainability and strategy development. As the guardian of Arla’s sustainability ambitions, you will represent these goals and lead stakeholders, partners, and industry counterparts on an international scale. Ideally, you are able to influence without authority and inspire a shared global agenda through compelling communication skills across a global matrix organization.

We envision that you have:

• Experience working with relevant aspects of a full sustainability agenda, including climate, nature, and business conduct
• A proven track record in developing corporate-level sustainability strategies within the FMCG industry
• Commercial flair with the ability to transform progress into relevant insights for our commercial organization

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead Arla’s Nature and Climate Strategy: Develop strategies, set targets, manage key development projects, and report progress to maintain Arla’s leadership in sustainable dairy
• Drive Science-Based Targets: Report, develop, and implement methodologies to meet targets, ensuring guideline adherence and stakeholder collaboration
• Advance Product Carbon Footprint Initiatives: Align with guidelines and collaborate globally to enhance carbon footprint measurementEnsure Business Conduct: Oversee adherence to Arla’s business conduct and human rights commitment
