We have a great onsite opportunity to hire a talented Human Resources Leader to provide world-class HR partnership and leadership to our North America Aftermarket Operations organization comprised of 9 P&L units, and nearly 3,000 employees.
In this position, you will drive key strategic human resources initiatives and business priorities. If you are ready for this challenge, then we encourage you to apply. QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience; OR an advanced degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, with quantifiable results.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused HR solutions and demonstrate sound business judgment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address workplace challenges.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Eight years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, particularly if accompanied by a Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting an hourly workforce within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience operating within a large, matrixed organization, with the ability to effectively navigate complex structures and drive results while working remotely from functional peers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and systems skills, including proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday HRIS.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and support recruitment efforts as needed. Drive hiring across units to ensure collective hiring goals are achieved, and agility in hiring plans to evolving business conditions.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage process improvement/lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize HR processes and align with business objectives.
