You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA will be highly regarded.
• Significant experience within Human Capital, including several years in a senior HR Business Partnering or HR leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and driving strategic people initiatives that support business performance.
