Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description The Associate Director - HR leads implementation of HR services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff and frontline management; providing support and guidance to people leaders about Human Resources practices, processes and issues. • Support the ANZ HR Operations Director to implement the regional People Plan and associated initiatives • HR resource management and development • Development, review and implementation of HR policy, process and procedures • Provide relevant and timely HR advice to management • Overview of HR systems and data management • HR reporting and analytics • Delivery of global HR projects as required This role requires a proactive, adaptable, service focused HR leader. Candidates from a consultancy, engineering, legal firm environment would understand the TT operating model. • Working as part of the ANZ HR Team reporting to ANZ HR Operations Director • Managing local HR team with oversight on offshore HR team • Engaging with Global HR team as appropriate to deploy relevant programs in region Qualifications • Degree, diploma or advanced diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience • 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role preferred • Demonstrated experience dealing with stakeholders internal and external • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal • Experience working with the implementation and delivery of HR project and programs Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
