JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are searching for the best talent for Associate Director, Immunology GI Integrated Analytics to be in Horsham, PA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Minimum Education: BA/BS
Required Years of Related Experience: 8 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, clinical, management consulting or related field team experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets, is required
  • General management mindset, business acumen, strategic thinking required.
  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility in order to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions required.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and define the problem with a disciplined approach to solving is required.
  • 5-10% domestic travel.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute analytics which uncover meaningful trends and identify business insights for in-line and launch products within Gastroenterology.
  • Leverage disparate data sources (including various types of national, subnational sales data, payer data, field activity, and marketing program or resource utilization) to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities
  • Determine optimal analytic approaches to enhance our strategic knowledge of the marketplace and support tactics and programs to optimize sales force execution for in-line and launch products
  • Develop new insights and actionable recommendations while effectively communicating them thereby shaping business partners understanding to benefit decision making
  • Leverage and manage external partners to support internal efforts, where appropriate
  • Serve as strategic advisor to Senior Immunology Sales and Marketing Leadership with focus and innovation through analyses and the integration of insights enabling organizational decision making and action.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business performance improvements (e.g. down to district/territory or with specific target HCPs/segments) and collaborate effectively with business partners to fully assess situations and opportunities
  • Apply new analytic capabilities and seek efficiencies in delivering actionable recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action across IMM teams
  • Leverage and manage external partners to support internal efforts, where appropriate
  • Collaborate with SI&A partners, marketing teams, and other cross functional partners (SCG, Finance) to shape a holistic view of market and performance trends
  • Exhibit strong partnership and collaboration with StAT counterparts in objectively evaluating and characterizing performance
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and demonstrate leadership courage in setting boundaries to ensure that time and effort is placed on the most critical/high value projects
  • Drive a culture of simplicity within the analytics function to ensure business processes are streamlined and partners are provided resources that translate to action.
