Responsibilities: Regional ICT & Governance Advise top management of the Company on all ICT and SAP related including but not limited to systems implementation, migration, conversation and integration to ensure that the Company’s ICT/ERP infrastructure and systems are able to support the Company’s aggressive business goals and objectives. Advise Senior Management of Takasago Global ICT on strategies, systems, strategic to convert and integrate all Takasago’s SAP Systems to generate the required results and benefits in support of Takasago’s Global business goals and objectives. Development and establishment of computing and information technology strategic business plan that aligns and partners business functions in strategic growth. Ensure the new system complies with all local and regional statutory, legal and J-SOX requirements. Establish an ICT disaster recovery and business continuity plan partnering global affiliates (SAP system users) and support one another. Develop the Company’s Regional ICT group budget and review of major local and regional contracts for computing, ICT services and infrastructure. Establish, manage and regular review of shared global contracts and licences for all Affiliates SAP systems, for cost savings and effectiveness. Direct management of the Company’s ICT team including but not limited to recruitment, training and evaluation of performance. Manage, develop and coach local and regional ICT team members (direct or matrix reporting). Build ICT team’s capabilities and promote knowledge sharing and succession planning across countries. Indirect management of the Affiliates’ SAP ICT Leaders through coordination with and the support from Senior Management of the Takasago Global ICT office. SAP Systems Ownership & Enablement Serve as regional ICT owner for SAP landscape Partner with Global SAP teams and System Integrators to: - Manage system stability, upgrades, enhancements, and implementations - Coordinate regional change requests and localisation needs - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Support SAP integrations with Microsoft platforms and other enterprise systems. Lead the efforts to establish an SAP global template through coordination, collaboration and resources sharing among all Takasago Affiliates ICT Leaders Provide Takasago Global ICT with the necessary information and advise on all SAP related items including but not limited to consulting services, data output and input processes, master data management and date usage, smooth migration and conversion activities to enable Takasago Global ICT to implement the Global SAP Template in all Takasago affiliates using SAP. Assist Takasago Global ICT with the implementation of the applicable global templates to all Affiliates (SAP System) to ensure that it will deliver the efficiency improvements in resource sharing, consolidation of data, and other identified priority benefits to deliver efficiency improvements and improved response speeds to customers’ requirements. Digital Transformation & Innovation Oversee the global development, design and implementation of other new applications and changes to existing computer system and software that are shared globally. Oversee end-to-end ICT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, end-user computing) - Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrate and introduced to Takasago Affiliates globally. - Establish ICT infrastructure to support global computing and information technology requirements. Through a thorough Business Process understanding, pro-actively implement systems and infrastructure improvements to generate continued efficiency improvements. Lead regional digital initiatives, system modernisation, and process automation initiatives leveraging SAP, Microsoft and other relevant platforms. Ensure effective change management and user adoption for new systems and technologies. Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance With the integration of all Takasago SAP users, provide information and advise to Takasago Global ICT to develop, review and certify a global ICT disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Ensure compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations (i.e. PDPA Singapore) Oversee end to end implementation of security guideline at regional level. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of progressive IT/ICT experience of SAP system, including at least 7 years in managerial/leadership roles. Minimum of 7 to 10 years in a programme management role, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic team environment. Relevant experience in managing complex ICT transformation projects with track record of successful projects implementation on time and within budget Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related professional discipline Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, teamwork, problem solving, decision-making, time management Strong project management and leadership. Experience of coordinating and managing disparate global programmes. Comprehensive knowledge of implementation of SAP system and preferably including other ERP products Good professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic business programme management skills Great change management and have executive stakeholder communication with the ability to influence without authority Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects Team player with ability to work in diverse culture. Familiarity with local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation Awareness of current/emerging operational/ market trends and issues
