Description

We are recruiting for a Associate Director in the KDN Internal Audit & Controls team who will be responsible to grow the practice by onboarding KPMG Member Firms and embedding KDN in client delivery. This would require engagement with KPMG Member Firms to educate them on KDN capabilities, solutions offered and collaboration with pursuit/engagement teams to help with pre-sales activities including proposals and solutioning. In addition, the responsibility would also involve leading key engagements from delivery standpoint. This would require owning the delivery end to end which would include understanding and setting up the project, stakeholder engagement, driving quality and ensuring timely delivery within defined budget.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead the growth of the Internal Audit & Controls practice by onboarding KPMG Member Firms and integrating KDN solutions into client delivery. They are responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and managing pre-sales activities.
