At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.
The IT Third-Party Management team defines strategy, standards, tools, and best practices for how Tech@Lilly (T@L) engages with, manages, and optimizes third-party relationships. Third parties are essential to achieving Lilly’s business objectives. To maximize value, these relationships must be governed with strategic alignment, performance oversight, and proactive risk management.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • 12-15+ years of IT experience
  • 7-10+ years of supplier/vendor management
  • 5-8+ years of people leadership
  • 5-7+ years of IT Service Management
  • 3-5+ years of risk and compliance oversight
Responsibilities

As the Third-Party Relationship Management Leader, you will lead a small team and drive the implementation of T@L’s reimagined third-party management strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external vendors—enabling effective relationship management, monitoring third-party performance, and ensuring third-party risk is appropriately managed.
