ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant professional qualification/experience in AML, compliance and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of AML legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate risks and to propose/develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written (including reporting).
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB

The purpose of this role is to act as DMLRO for JTC (Jersey) Limited, its affiliates, regulated and supervised customers including Managed Trust Company Businesses. In performing this role, the role holder will have regard to all relevant Laws, Orders, Codes, JTC Group policies, procedures and practices and act to support and protect all JTC business undertaken in Jersey.
This role may qualify as a “Senior Management Function” as defined under Article 1(1) of the Financial Services Commission (Jersey) Law 1998 and as further clarified under the ‘Notice designating senior management functions’ published by the JFSC on 12 January 2023.
