Description
Roles & responsibilities ·Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial transparency. ·Lead monthly/quarterly financial close governance and produce accurate, timely management reporting with clear variance analysis and commentary. ·Own liquidity management metrics with a focus on DSO and working capital optimization; partner with O2C/AR teams to improve cash conversion. ·Drive expense management discipline and revenue forecasting accuracy; build driver-based forecasting models and scenario analyses. ·Build and maintain dashboards covering people metrics (hours, FTE, headcount, utilization) and engagement economics to inform capacity and profitability decisions. ·Produce detailed reports that provide valuable insights along with commentary, aiding strategic decision-making and improving financial transparency. ·Experience working alongside US business finance partners in advisory, audit, and tax functions is advantageous.   · Roles & responsibilities ·Drive collaboration with other operational US teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. ·Drive innovation, Gen Ai and automation initiatives to optimize service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency ·Handle escalations/performance related discussion of KGS teams with the onshore stakeholders and help with issue resolution and documentation ·Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. · ·   This role is for you if you have  the below Work experience ·Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation ·15+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A. ·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. ·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels ·Experience with S/4HANA or any related SAP ERP system is a plus. ·Willingness to travel to Bangalore, Gurugram
